Penalty Unlimited

Penalty Unlimited is a crash game staged as a shootout on a street pitch, with graffiti walls, palm trees and an old yellow car behind the goal. Every goal moves you one rung up a multiplier ladder; one save and the run is gone. Before each kick you place a crosshair yourself, so a round asks two questions instead of one: where to shoot, and when to stop. InOut released it on 24 May 2025, about a year before the studio’s second football game, Penalty Nations Cup, which keeps the shootout and adds bonus cards.

One round on the graffiti pitch

Set a bet, pick a difficulty, and the keeper takes his line. The ring of green arrows around the ball is the crosshair: you choose where the shot goes, then strike. Score and you move one step along the ladder at the top of the screen; if the keeper saves it, the stake is gone.

Between kicks the CLAIM button shows the stake multiplied by the rung you are on. Our $200 stake on 6.32x was worth 1,264. When we claimed, the win banner paid that sum. Kick again instead and all of it rides on the next shot. The keeper is not the same man every round either: our session opened against one in a green kit and later faced another in blue.

The crosshair: a choice without an edge

Aiming is what separates this game from a pure timing crash. Putting the ball in a corner does not beat the maths behind each kick, but it gives every shot a decision, much as choosing a hand does in Rock Paper Scissors: a real pick on top, the house edge underneath. Nations Cup, the later football game, spells this out in its rules by calling its own target zones visual only.

X1.8 to X22.24, then the €20,000 wall

On Medium the ladder goes X1.8, X3.37, X6.32, X11.86, X22.24 and beyond, each goal worth more than the one before. The «Unlimited» in the name points at Hard, where the multiplier can in theory run into the millions and some runs top out around 12,900,000x. What you can collect is another matter: no run pays more than about €20,000 in cash. With a stake near the top of the bet range, that wall arrives a few Medium rungs past X22.24, long before the headline figures.

Easy streaks, Hard ceilings, one 96% return

Three modes set the risk. On Easy goals come often and six to eight in a row is common, though the multiplier rarely gets far. Hard turns that around with fewer goals and much steeper rungs. All three return the same 96%, which is above a typical slot and a touch below the 98% of the studio’s flagship Chicken Road.

No Buy Bonus here: demo credits and casino offers

Unlike Nations Cup, Penalty Unlimited has no Buy Bonus button and no bonus round, so any bonus comes from outside the game. In the demo that means a play-money balance large enough to test Hard at a $200 stake; for real money it means the welcome or deposit offer of the casino you play at.

Bonus money changes nothing on the pitch. The 96% RTP and the cap near €20,000 apply either way, and the casino’s wagering terms decide how much of a win you can withdraw.

Bet history, fairness and the spacebar

The burger menu opens over the right side of the pitch with the game rules, the provably fair panel and My bet history, which is the place to look if a save on the fourth kick seemed too convenient. Above them is a Spacebar for playing switch, handy on a laptop.

Picking a stopping rung

Choose your exit before the first kick and take it, instead of pushing every run until the keeper ends it. On Medium three goals gets you X6.32, and a fourth nearly doubles that to X11.86, at the cost of one more kick he can stop. Keep each stake small next to your balance and decide in advance how much the session may cost. The crosshair changes how a shot feels; the 96% return and the €20,000 cap stay where they are.

No APK needed to aim on a touchscreen

People search for a Penalty Unlimited APK because a shootout feels like a phone game, but InOut releases it only as an HTML5 title that casinos open in the browser, so an installer under that name did not come from the studio. Aiming works by tap, which suits a touchscreen better than a mouse, and the browser version on a phone has the same crosshair and ladder as the desktop one.

A fair 96% shootout with a hard ceiling

Penalty Unlimited fits the crash formula better than most InOut themes, because one kick is one decision, and the crosshair adds a choice to each round even though it does not move the odds. The 96% RTP is fair, the three modes give real range, and Hard’s multiplier runs into the millions before the cash cap takes over. Next to Squid Gamebler, with its three tracks and partial cash-out, it is the plainer design: one ladder, one button. Our best round needed no calculator: three goals on Medium, $200 staked and $1,264 paid.
