Rump And Halloween puts the cast of Rump & Friends into costume. The president on the throne has a vampire cape, fangs and a skull goblet, the White House lawn has become a graveyard under a blood moon, and the coins that run the Hold & Win engine are now jack-o-lanterns. InOut released it on 13 October 2026, eight weeks after the original, with the same 96% RTP, the same 3x4 grid and eight lines, the same four jackpots up to 1000x and the same three buy cards. We hit the bonus naturally on our third spin and then paid $15 for the cheapest card; both rounds are counted below.

The paytable is the original’s with new costumes and, for the top three symbols, new objects. The pyramid Wild keeps its all-seeing eye and its 30.00 for three. Below it the oil barrels have become a pair of tombstones with bats, worth 20.00, and the dossier is now a stone slab stamped BAR at 15.00. The faces keep their prices: 8.00 for the two top portraits, 2.00 for the middle three and 1.00 for the cheapest, which is now a white-faced clown licking an ice cream. InOut names nobody, and neither do we.
| Halloween symbol | Pays for three | Was, in Rump & Friends |
|---|---|---|
| Pyramid Wild (all-seeing eye) | 30.00 | Wild, 30.00 |
| Twin tombstones with bats | 20.00 | Golden oil barrels |
| Stone slab stamped BAR | 15.00 | Paper-clipped dossier |
| Silver-haired man with a wine glass | 8.00 | Same man, 8.00 |
| Hooded figure in glasses | 8.00 | Caped hero in glasses |
| Man in red shades with cigar and katana | 2.00 | Rapper in shades with a cigar |
| Green-stitched tech boss in an office chair | 2.00 | Tech billionaire in an office chair |
| Moustached man in headphones with a bottle | 2.00 | Strongman in headphones with a test tube |
| White-faced clown with an ice cream | 1.00 | Elderly ice-cream fan |
The values are for a one-unit stake and apply to all eight fixed lines, four rows and four diagonals across three reels. The coins sit outside that table. The Bonus Coin shows a bat over pumpkins with a cash value or a jackpot name on it; the Rump Coin is a plain pumpkin coin that starts the Collect feature; the Super Rump Coin is the pumpkin coin with a HALLOWEEN rim and a green glow, and it collects, boosts and in the bonus sweeps every Rump Coin value on the board into itself.
The jackpot boards and a $2 ceiling
At the 20-cent default the four boards above the reels read $5.00, $10.00, $30.00 and $200.00: the Mini at 25x, the Minor at 50x, the Major at 150x and the Grand at 1000x, the ladder the studio has used since Joker Pyre. The boards now have bat wings and the Grand sits in a blood-red frame; the arithmetic did not move.
What did move is the stake range. Open the Game rules panel in this demo and the bets run from $0.12 to $2, with a $20,000 maximum win. The original’s demo let us set $33 and $100 bets in August; the Halloween build stops at $2, so the Grand on this demo tops out at $2,000 and the $20,000 cap is ten thousand bets away. A casino can run different limits, but the demo is what a visitor gets.
Spin three: a natural trigger at 20 cents
Our first two spins at 20 cents paid nothing. The third stopped with a 2x Bonus Coin at the bottom of reel one, a 3x Bonus Coin at the bottom of reel three and a Super Rump pumpkin in the middle of reel two, which is the trigger spelled out in the rules: Bonus Coins on reels one and three, a Rump or Super Rump Coin on reel two. Flames shot up around the throne and a Bonus Game card appeared with the Super coin’s collect rule written under it.
The bonus board opened with that Super coin alone in the middle, already showing 1: the 2x and 3x it collected on the trigger spin, five bets or $1.00 at our stake. The sky turned purple and green, zombie hands came out of the graves, and the president swapped his goblet for a megaphone marked USA. Three green dots under the grid are the respins, and every new pumpkin coin puts all three back.
A 1x and a 2x coin landed on the first respin and lightning carried their values into the Super coin, which read 1.6; a plain Rump Coin appeared below it and the counter reset. Later a 0.4 and another 0.4 went in the same way and the Super coin climbed to 2.2, then 3. By the time the respins ran out the board held the Super coin at 3 and the Rump Coin at 1.4, and the total-win plaque added them: $4.40, 22x the stake, a history row of 0.2, x22, 4.4, and the balance, $999,989.56 before the spin, stood at $999,993.96 after it.
Nothing in that round came from the Boost. Every value on the board was a coin value collected, and the jackpot-named coins that flashed past on the respins (Major, Minor, two Grands on one frame) were there as symbols on the spinning reels, not as prizes landed. A 22x from one Super coin and six collected values is what an ordinary natural bonus looks like here.
Blitz, Power, Ultimate at a 20-cent bet
The red basket on the left opens the same three cards as the original, rated with two, three and four stars. At 20 cents they cost $15, $40 and $60, which is 75x, 200x and 300x to the cent, and the stepper under the cards rescales all three.
| Card | Price | At $0.20 | Stars | Card text |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Blitz Rump | 75x | $15 | 2 of 4 | Start fast with one or more Rump Coins on the reels |
| Power Rump | 200x | $40 | 3 of 4 | One or more Rump Coins, only high-value coins |
| Ultimate Rump | 300x | $60 | 4 of 4 | All Super Rump Coins, guaranteed Boost |
We bought Blitz Rump, the two-star card, for $15. Its intro card loops the collect animation until you click. The bonus opened with a Super coin worth 0.2 and a 1x coin next to it, which made 0.4; a Rump Coin worth 0.2 came in and was collected to 0.6; then three respins passed with nothing, and the plaque read $0.80. Four times the stake, one twentieth of the price; the history row reads 15, x0.05, 0.8. On the balance: $999,993.96 before the card, $999,979.76 after it.
Set that beside our Ultimate Rump test on the original, where $9,900 came back as $2,310, and the pattern holds across both skins: the card buys the bonus, not a result, and the natural trigger we hit three spins earlier paid five times what the purchased one did. The two-star Blitz is still the right card if you want to see the bonus screen for the least money.
Four bets, $15.60 in, $5.20 out
The session in one table. The purple Extra Chance toggle, which triples the stake to 60 cents for a fivefold trigger chance, stayed off throughout; on the original we found that it leaves line wins and jackpots pegged to the base stake, and nothing in the Halloween rules says otherwise.
| Bet | Stake | What happened | Paid |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spin 1 | $0.20 | Nothing | $0 |
| Spin 2 | $0.20 | Nothing | $0 |
| Spin 3 | $0.20 | Natural bonus, 22x | $4.40 |
| Blitz Rump ticket | $15.00 | Bought bonus, 0.05x of price | $0.80 |
The Pile of Gold, which throws extra coins onto the reels in the main game to help a trigger along, did not fire in our three base spins, and the Boost did not fire in either bonus. Both are in the rules unchanged from the original, so the Halloween edition has them; we just did not see them in four bets.
What the Halloween build publishes
Two figures sit on the official page, a 96% RTP and a 13 October 2026 release day, the latter shared with Mine Slot Halloween, Aztec Totem and Zeus Flip. The rules panel inside the game adds the limits. No volatility is rated for the base game; the stars on the cards remain the only risk rating anywhere, and no overall maximum beyond the $20,000 cap is printed.

The loading slide is the one piece of rules text that is new. It reads “The Super RUMP COIN collects all Coins on the screen, including RUMP COINS” over a preview board with 1x, 3x, 10x, 15x and 175x coins and the four jackpot names, and 175x is the largest coin value the game shows anywhere.
Turbo, autoplay and the spacebar
The spin button is labelled HOLD FOR TURBO, so turbo is a press-and-hold rather than a setting, and an autoplay button sits above the fast-forward arrow. The menu offers the spacebar toggle, the fairness check, the limits panel, the history and the rulebook, and no sound switch at all; the vampire delivers his lines in silence in this build.
A Rump And Halloween app?
There is none from the studio. The Halloween edition is served from the Rump & Friends address with a skin parameter, which is also why a cheap phone shows the same graveyard, the same three cards and the same $2 bet ceiling as a desktop. Files advertised as a Rump Halloween APK were packaged by somebody else.

The satire wing goes trick-or-treating
As a reskin this one is thorough: new backdrop, new coin art, every portrait redrawn, two of the top symbols replaced, and the bonus screen rebuilt as a night graveyard. As a slot it is Rump & Friends with a lower demo ceiling, and the two bonuses we played, 22x for free and 4x for $15, say what the original said. The satire wing of the catalogue also holds Drop The Billionaire, and this is the first of its games to get a holiday edition.
